What are your standard shipping times within the US?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while larger furniture items may require freight shipping which can take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture pieces, and items must be in unassembled, like-new condition.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?
Currently, we offer White Glove Delivery on select premium items which includes room-of-choice placement and full assembly. For standard shipping items, detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are included for easy DIY setup.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all TT US products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has reached our warehouse for processing or has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to make changes.
